Job summary

QXO is North America’s largest distributor and installer of insulation and building materials. This role focuses on being the primary customer contact for a local branch, handling orders and product information while coordinating with sales, production, credit and delivery teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to perform basic math.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key customer contact for the branch, providing order support and product information.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales Reps, Production, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to support order fulfillment.
• Maintain positive rapport with customers and deliver world-class service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
