Job summary

QXO is seeking a customer service-focused professional to act as the branch's main customer contact, handling order support and product information for customers. You will work closely with Outside Sales, Production, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a minimum of 18 years old, a valid driver's license if driving for company purposes, 1-2 years in customer service, basic math skills, and strong communication

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver's license is required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Personable, enthusiastic and engaging personality.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key customer contact for the branch, providing order support and product information.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales Reps, Production Personnel, Insides Sales, Credit and Delivery to support order fulfillment.
• Maintain a positive rapport with customers and provide world-class service.
• Proficiency with computers to process and review dealer orders, requests and system generated acknowledgements.
