Job summary

QXO is seeking a customer-focused professional to serve as the key contact for the local branch, providing order support and product information to customers. You will maintain a positive rapport, delivering world class service and using analytical and problem-solving skills.

The role requires 1–2 years of customer service experience, strong communication, basic math, and the ability to process dealer orders. Local travel is <10% and benefits include medical, dental, vision, and more.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• Valid driver's license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• 1–2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Personable, enthusiastic and engaging personality.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key customer contact for our branch, providing order support and product information.
• Maintain a positive rapport with customers, delivering world class service.
• Demonstrate analytics and problem-solving skills.
• Process and review dealer orders, requests and system generated acknowledgements using basic computer skills.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
