Job summary

Uline in Allentown, PA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to build relationships, provide solutions and deliver legendary service. On-site role with comprehensive training and tools to set you up for long-term success.

You will handle orders, answer product and pricing questions, and support customers via phone, email and chat. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential; we train you if needed. This is a fast-paced, growth-oriented position with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you.
