Uline, a family-owned leader in shipping and packaging materials, is hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Allentown, PA. This on-site role emphasizes growth through strong training and a supportive team.

You will process orders, recommend products, and handle inquiries via phone, email and chat. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills to deliver legendary service.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but training provided.
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) – fluent in both verbal and written forms.
