Uline, a family‑owned company and North America’s leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Allentown, PA. You will handle orders, answer questions, and help customers navigate our world‑class ordering systems.

Qualifications

• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, provide product recommendations, and handle inquiries using our ordering system.
• Be a product and solutions expert; answer questions about products, pricing, and shipping.
• Build relationships with customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Understand customer needs and recommend Uline's best solutions.
• Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.
