Orkin is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in Portland to field requests, schedule service visits, and optimize routes for efficiency while delivering top-tier customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to schedule, confirm and follow up on service appointments.
• Proficiently navigate a Windows-based & Web-based system to track routes and optimize schedules; training provided.
• Schedule appointments for technicians to minimize drive time and adjust routes as needed.
• Use active listening and questioning to identify customer needs and concerns.
• Maintain and update customer database with accurate information and call outcomes.
• Reschedule unserviced accounts within 24 hours.
• Participate in quality assurance processes and safeguard customer privacy.
