Qualifications

• Previous experience in Customer Service or Sales preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and schedule, confirm and follow up on service appointments.
• Navigate Windows-based and Web-based systems to track routes and optimize schedules.
• Schedule appointments for technicians to minimize drive time and select efficient routes.
• Identify customer needs through listening and probing questions.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the database and record call outcomes.
