TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Forest Grove, OR. You will manage orders, quotes, and customer communications, supporting senior team members and ensuring accuracy in data entry and documentation.

Responsibilities include tracking orders through fabrication, coordinating with manufacturing for on-time delivery, and providing timely responses to customer inquiries. Prior manufacturing customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 - 3 years’ customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and data entry accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Support order and quote administration.
• Provide administrative assistance to senior customer service team.
• Load and feedback on standard quotes and orders.
• Review purchase orders, fab drawings and specs.
• Track job orders from booking through manufacturing.
• Coordinate with manufacturing to ensure on-time delivery and quality.
