Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of technology products, including PCB and RF components, with a focus on time-to-market. We seek a Customer Service Representative to manage customer accounts, build relationships, and process orders efficiently.

You will work with Production Control and use Praxa and Customer Connect systems to deliver timely information, while maintaining strong English communication and Excel data tracking. ITAR compliance applies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to use Excel for data tracking and graphing.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Professional phone etiquette and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in basic mathematics and Microsoft Office.
• ITAR requirements require US citizenship or permanent resident status.

Responsibilities

• Work with blueprints, purchase orders and quotes to provide pricing and enter new orders.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customer contacts across departments.
• Coordinate with manufacturing and production control to relay information to customers.
• Communicate clearly via written and oral channels to address requests or concerns.
• Enter, follow and manage quotations and RFQs.
• Respond to RFQs and manage customer orders with urgency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with timely updates to customers and teams.
• Navigate Praxa and Customer Connect systems to retrieve accurate data.
• Attend meetings and support reporting on safety and process improvements.
