Job summary

You will verify quotes align with terms and maintain strong customer relationships. Key responsibilities include entering deliverables into ERP accurately, resolving issues with internal teams, and helping to meet daily goals while complying with export controls and

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Oracle ERP knowledge helpful.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Able to work independently within guidelines.
• Time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
• Excellent problem solving and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Review customer purchase orders, fab drawings and specifications.
• Identify quality clauses/deliverable requirements for each PO.
• Confirm build specifications and quality documents are current in the spec hub.
• Enter deliverables into ERP systems accurately.
• Coordinate with Customer Service and Front End Engineering to resolve issues.
• Meet daily goals and timelines.
