The Customer Service Representative role focuses on developing and facilitating increased business relationships, processing orders, pricing, and handling quotations. Key responsibilities include interfacing with customer contacts, coordinating with Production Control, and using the Praxa and Customer Connect systems to manage quotes and orders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to use Excel for data tracking and graphing.
• ITAR: U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident required.

Responsibilities

• Works with blueprints, purchase orders, quotes to provide pricing, enters new orders or changes existing ones.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with key customer contacts (Quality, Production Control, Source Inspection, Operations, Site Leadership).
• Interact with manufacturing and supervisory personnel to communicate information back to the customer.
• Enter, follow and manage quotations. Respond to RFQ's (Request for Quotation).
• Enter, follow and manage customer orders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with a sense of urgency.
• Navigate and utilize TTM's Praxa business system and Customer Connect quoting system.
• Facilitate and attend meetings.
• Adhere to safety procedures and wear PPE; participate in safety training.
