• Proficient with Microsoft Office; AS400 experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely customer service support and verify order information.
• Obtain, analyze, and verify order details; ensure high standards of service.
• Collaborate with outside sales representatives on orders and quotes.
• Assist walk-in customers in the showroom and placement of orders.
• Solicit new or complementary sales via phone and showroom interactions.
• Research product solutions to resolve field-project issues.
• Maintain operational hours: Monday to Friday, dayshift.
