Job summary

Airgas is seeking a Customer Services Representative to support key strategic partnerships from the Oklahoma City area. This role focuses on proactive account management, retention, and cross-functional teamwork with Sales, Operations, and production teams.

The position requires strong communication, bilingual capability (English/Spanish preferred), and experience with ERP and CRM systems to analyze customer data and drive profitability while improving the customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant certification.
• 3–5+ years in Customer Experience (CX) or related roles in industrial environments.
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems to extract customer insights and forecast retention trends.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identifies at-risk accounts and coordinates corrective actions to prevent churn.
• Partners with Sales and Operations to strengthen relationships while ensuring operational excellence.
• Performs outbound outreach focused on account health and high-margin opportunities.
• Maintains visibility on at-risk customers and documents issues to ensure resolution.
