Qualifications

• Active Class D driver''s license; reliable transportation.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• HS diploma or equivalent; BA in listed fields or relevant cert preferred.
• 3–5+ years in CX/VoC/Account management in industrial gases/B2B environments.
• Proficiency with SAP, CRM, and analytics to forecast retention.
• Strong financial acumen: pricing, margins, profitability support churn-prevention.
• Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets/Docs/Slides; basic math/financial skills.

Responsibilities

• Account Management and Retention: identify at-risk accounts and coordinate corrective actions.
• Operational Excellence and Analytics: improve CES, analyze purchase patterns for profitability.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: act as voice of the customer to Sales, Ops and leadership.
• Omnichannel & Sales Support: leverage Airgas.com and multi-channel touchpoints to streamline orders.
