Job summary

Airgas is seeking a Customer Services Representative in Oklahoma City to deliver proactive account management and reduce churn across strategic partnerships. You will coordinate with Sales, Operations, and production teams to meet customer needs while driving cost savings and process improvements.

The role requires 3–5+ years in CX or strategic account management, strong SAP/CRM and data-analytic skills, and bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in CX, VoC, or strategic account management in industrial B2B.
• Experience with ERP (SAP), CRM, and data analytics to forecast retention.
• Strong financial acumen with pricing and margins analysis.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manages accounts and prevents churn across key partnerships.
• Collaborates with Sales and Operations to ensure seamless execution.
• Conducts proactive account reviews to resolve pricing or data issues.
• Analyzes CES trends and profitability to drive improvements.
• Acts as Voice of the Customer to leadership and cross-functional teams.
