• Active Class D driver’s license; reliable transportation.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• 3–5+ years in CX, VoC, or strategic account management in B2B environments.
• Experience with SAP, CRM, and analytics to forecast retention and pricing.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze margins.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manages accounts to improve retention and prevent churn.
• Outbounds to assess account health and identify high-margin opportunities.
• Collaborates with Sales and Operations to meet high customer expectations.
