Airgas USA, LLC is seeking a Customer Services Representative to drive account management, retention, and efficiency in the Oklahoma City area. You will partner with Sales, Operations, and Production to optimize orders, pricing, and customer satisfaction.

This role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, data-driven insights, and omnichannel sales support, with bilingual English/Spanish communication preferred and a focus on cost savings and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Requires 3–5+ years in CX, VoC, account management, or customer service in industrial environments.
• Strong understanding of pricing structures, margins and profitability.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and document platforms; financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manages accounts to reduce churn and strengthen relationships.
• Coordinates with Sales/Operations to ensure timely execution and price accuracy.
• Leads cross-functional collaboration with Production, Distribution, and Sales.
• Supports outside sales with order cycles and market opportunities.
