Acumen Fiscal Agent seeks a Customer Relations Specialist to standardize outgoing communications, manage calls, and provide broad administrative support. This role is often the first contact for customers and requires strong data handling, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in Customer Service.
• Proficient with 10-key by touch.
• Strong numerical skills.
• Valid Driver’s License; able to lift and transport mail daily.
• Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Acrobat).
• Able to respond effectively to internal and external customers.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Data entry experience with high accuracy.
• High integrity and sound business ethics.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-changing environment.
• Able to recognize a problem and escalate appropriately.
• Typing speed of at least 45 wpm.

Responsabilités

• Interact daily by phone and electronic communications with diverse stakeholders.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, coworkers, and visitors.
• Analyze, track, research, and resolve customer inquiries.
• Enter data into multiple databases with high accuracy.
• Register customers using various databases with accuracy.
• Maintain filing systems and confidential documents.
• Follow processes and deadlines; escalate as needed.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Occasionally work late or on weekends to meet deadlines.
• Achieve call quotas as directed.
