Acumen Fiscal Agent LLC is seeking a Customer Relations Specialist to support our remote team. The role emphasizes handling inquiries, data entry, and documentation while upholding Medicaid and state guidelines.

You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring accurate processing and professional communication. The position requires strong 10-key skills, experience in customer service, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• At least 2 years in Customer Service.
• Proficient with 10-key by touch.
• Ability to work with numbers.
• Valid Driver’s License; able to lift and transport mail daily.
• Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat).
• Respond effectively to internal and external customers.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Data Entry background with high accuracy.
• Independent and team-oriented; able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Typing at least 45 wpm.

Responsabilidades

• Interacts daily by phone and electronically with diverse contacts.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, coworkers, and visitors.
• Analyze, track, and resolve customer inquiries.
• Process incoming/outgoing paperwork and data entry into databases.
• Register customers using multiple databases with high accuracy.
• Manage filing systems and confidential documents.
• Follow guidelines from Acumen, Medicaid, and state programs.
• Prioritize deadlines and manage calendars independently.
• Escalate issues to Supervisor as needed.
• Review emails and process communications according to procedures.

Conocimientos

2+ years in Customer Service

10-key by touch

Able to work with numbers

Valid Driver’s License

Advanced computer skills

Typing 45 wpm

Educación
