Job summary

Day Translations, Inc. is seeking a proactive, sales-driven Customer Success Specialist to strengthen client relationships, ensure excellent service, and grow repeat business across time zones.

You will research clients, manage communications, and coordinate with project managers to keep translations on track while maintaining accurate CRM records. In this role, you will identify opportunities within existing accounts, re-engage inactive clients, and collaborate with teams to meet client needs

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, research, and relationship building.
• Excellent English and phone communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of translation, localization, and interpreting.
• Organized, resourceful, and proactive with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Research every client before reaching out to understand their business and language service needs.
• Call clients regularly to check project progress, gather feedback, and resolve concerns.
• Identify opportunities within existing accounts and recommend relevant services.
• Re-engage inactive clients.
• Coordinate with project managers to keep projects on track and informed clients.
