Job summary

TransPerfect in the United States seeks a Client Services Associate to be the first line of support for existing clients and to coordinate all language projects from initiation to delivery.

You will respond to client requests, collaborate with production teams to scope work and produce budget, schedule, and instruction details, and guide projects through to successful completion with proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills.
• Customer service and/or project management experience.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task.
• Working knowledge of MS Office.
• Ability to prioritize and schedule tasks and work in a team environment.
• Must be willing to learn new things, be open to challenges and thrive on success.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests for new projects via centralized technology.
• Collaborate with production team to assess scope and estimate cost and timeline.
• Initiate project work with detailed budgets, schedules and instructions.
• Ensure pitfalls are addressed with the client before submitting to production.
• Learn clients’ industry and business needs to educate the project team.
• Monitor progress to meet deadlines and budgets with high-quality deliverables.
