Job summary

Universal Language Service, Inc. is seeking a Customer Success Manager in Bellevue, WA to own a portfolio of accounts—from setup through renewal—and to grow each account through education and outreach.

The role focuses on ensuring customers derive maximum value from all services, including VRI, OPI and translation, with regular webinars and newsletters. The position requires 1–3 years in customer success or related field, experience with Salesforce, and willingness to travel locally.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in customer success, account management or B2B sales.
• Experience in language services or healthcare preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally and occasionally out-of-state.

Responsibilities

• Own each assigned account: setup, training, support, renewals and growth.
• Coordinate with internal departments to maximize fill rates and contract compliance.
• Update Salesforce with customer locations and access details.
• Ensure access for VRI, VI and OPI services at each location.
• Market services at customer locations to maximize contract usage.
• Host educational webinars and promote services.
• Create newsletters and blogs and distribute via Mailchimp.
• Produce utilization reports and lead quarterly business reviews.
• Lead customer onboarding and provide basic on-site tech support.
