Job summary

TransPerfect is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage client requests, scope translation projects, and coordinate with production teams to deliver accurate timelines and budgets. You will learn client industries, maintain high service levels, and ensure timely, quality deliverables.

The role emphasizes collaboration across departments, adherence to budgets, and proactive problem solving to support client success within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills.
• Customer service and/or project management experience.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task.
• Working knowledge of MS Office.
• Ability to prioritize and schedule tasks and work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests for new project initiatives through our centralized technology.
• Collaborate with production team to assess scope and produce cost and timeline estimates for translation projects.
• Initiate project work with detailed budget, schedule and instructions for the team.
• Ensure issues are addressed and resolved with the client before submission to production.
• Set up project specifics to set the production team up for success.
• Learn clients’ industry and business needs to provide high-level service.
• Monitor progress, meet deadlines and budgets, and deliver high-quality deliverables.
• Serve as liaison between client contact and internal staff.
• Manage client expectations and comply with internal regulations.
