Amcor is hiring a Customer Success Representative / Ecommerce Partner to drive sourcing frequency via telephone-based outreach. You will coach customers, share product benefits, and support growth across accounts with structured call methodologies.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, reaching daily outbound call targets, and continuous product mastery. A service-oriented background is a plus; HS diploma is required with a bachelor’s preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Build relationships that drive buying within long-tail accounts and contacts.
• Conduct 2.5+ hours of phone interaction via 35+ outbound calls daily.
• Deliver to high standards of call content and technique.
• Develop product line subject-matter expertise.
• Escalate sales and service opportunities as they arise.
• Participate in weekly coaching and monthly reviews.
