Responsibilities

• Oversee client accounts to foster and sustain long-term professional partnerships.
• Ensure high-quality interactions by managing a significant volume of incoming customer communications.
• Input and finalize client orders with a high degree of precision.
• Contribute to product customization efforts to help meet specific client needs.
• Formulate pricing models, strategic cost approaches, and detailed financial analyses.
• Address and rectify any customer concerns or inconsistencies regarding their orders.
• Coordinate with production teams to help streamline manufacturing schedules and improve operational efficiency.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of our internal manufacturing workflows and equipment functions.
• Utilize mathematical skills to perform precise calculations involving decimals, fractions, and pricing structures.
• Keep documentation orderly while balancing various priorities in a dynamic work setting.
• Work alongside internal departments to help guarantee that all orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Utilize the Microsoft Office suite to facilitate daily business tasks.
