Accendra Health, Inc. is seeking a Remote Michigan-based Customer Service Representative to educate patients on products, address concerns, and place supply orders. The role is in-office and targets delivering a positive patient experience while meeting KPI targets.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and 1-2 years of customer service, with proficiency in MS Office and multi-platform navigation to support efficient order entry and coordination with the care team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience required.
• Call center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and process orders via fax and electronic platforms.
• Make outbound calls to patients and referrals as needed.
• Utilize tools and resources to assist in order entry.
• Use full product knowledge of Byram therapies to service patients.
• Communicate effectively with patients, teammates, healthcare professionals and sales team.
• Consistently meet required KPIs.
• Perform other duties as required.
