CFS in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a detail-oriented Client Support Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. You will work closely with the Business Development team to ensure accurate and timely order processing while delivering exceptional service to clients and vendors.

The role requires strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to client support in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in client support, order processing, or administrative operations preferred.
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Accurately enter and manage orders in collaboration with the Business Development team.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and vendors, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
• Design and coordinate mail projects for assigned clients.
• Monitor workload and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and service expectations.
• Act as a backup to the Project Administration team as needed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and objectives.
• Proactively identify opportunities for additional or expanded services.
• Address and elevate customer concerns quickly to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, helping develop their skills and knowledge.
