Qualifications include an associate degree or higher with 2–3 years in customer service within a manufacturing/distributor setting. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems is expected, with HVAC experience a plus.

Qualifications

Associated Degree or higher with 2-3 years in a customer service role.
Experience in a commercial manufacturing and distributor environment; HVAC experience preferred but not required.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Experience with graphics software such as Adobe, Corel or Publisher.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word and Excel.
ERP experience in data entry and report generation; SAGE MAS 100 is a plus.

Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone or email.
Forward referrals to Sales or distributors for follow-up.
Provide product information and pricing to distributors.
Support Sales Managers by forwarding customer info and new client requests.
Process customer orders, provide order acknowledgments, verify order status.
Prepare freight quotes, generate shipping documents, and distribute shipping notifications.
Support Technical Support Manager in processing warranty claims and repairs.
Troubleshoot and resolve order and shipping issues.
Document and update customer records on ERP system.
General office duties - filing, answering phones, and assist at corporate events.
