Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service, call center, or inside sales experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of customer interactions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Experience working with ERP, order entry, or similar business systems.
• Dependable, professional, and comfortable working as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service by phone, email, and in person
• Enter and process customer orders accurately using an ERP/order management system
• Assist customers with product questions and order-related needs
• Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Track orders and shipments and communicate updates to customers
• Process returns and assist with problem resolution
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Assist walk-in customers with orders and product needs
• Help identify opportunities to improve the overall customer experience
