The ultimate goal of this role is to serve as a liaison between the company and its customers regarding product availability, delivery coordination, order entry, order status and problem resolution.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of Counter Sales, Call Center or Customer Service experience; or Associates Degree with 1+ year of Counter Sales, Call Center or Customer Service experience
• Demonstrated customer service skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Strong organization skills
• Ability to problem solve, be detail oriented, and multi-task

Responsibilities

• Act as branch point of contact for key accounts
• Support accurate order completion, processing, and tracking including e-commerce and direct orders
• Ensure timely deliveries and jobsite logistics and proactively communicate delays
• Facilitate accurate job quotes, PO management, credit rebills and SOW documentation
• Provide product information, assist customers with product selection and after-sales support
• Provide customer service via phone, email, and text
