Job summary

Atlas Copco Group in Charlotte, NC is hiring a Customer Service Representative to deliver accurate, timely support from order entry through delivery and invoicing. You will handle orders, RMAs, credits and inquiries while maintaining proactive communication and high service standards.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience, an Associate degree or equivalent, and strong organizational and communication skills. On-site work, with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant work experience required.
• Associates Degree in Business or equivalent work experience.
• Independent self-starter with a positive attitude is essential.
• Customer-service oriented with strong communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders for multiple accounts with accurate pricing and ship-to data.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls, provide status updates and pricing details.
• Process credits and RMAs; review weekly sales order reports.
• Coordinate with Finance, Shipping, Purchasing and Sales to resolve issues.
