Responsibilities

• Respond to basic product inquiries, provide quotes and handle quotes.
• Enter orders via phone, fax, email, or counter sales.
• Place customer orders; negotiate sale/purchase prices within parameters.
• Sourcing products in branch/distribution/supplier inventories.
• Determine most cost-effective shipping method for orders.
• Build relationships to drive repeat business and improve processes.
• Expedite backorders and prepare shipments; handle returns.
