Responsibilities

• Respond to basic customer inquiries and provide quotes.
• Enter orders via telephone, fax, email, or in person.
• Influence gross profit through pricing within parameters.
• Place orders up to $5,000 per line and $10,000 per PO.
• Source products in inventory and manage shipping methods.
• Build customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Expedite backorders and prepare shipments.
• Handle customer returns as needed.
• Collaborate with Account Representatives to ensure satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
