KGPCo in Kansas is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to be the primary contact for assigned customers. You will manage inquiries, order status, and delivery schedules while maintaining strong relationships.

You will document activities in CRM, participate in customer calls, and support supply chain processes. The role requires solid communication, organizational skills, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required.
• Prior customer service/office experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational skills.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains positive relationships and provides excellent customer service.
• Handles manual order entry inquiries, order status, expediting, delivery schedules, and replacements; manages holds/backorders.
• Uses CRM to document activities and account summaries for customer satisfaction.
• Participates in customer calls to provide updates or answer questions.
• Performs other duties as requested by Supply Chain Supervisor or Manager.
