Job summary

Kelco Industries is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the main contact for customers, processing orders, and coordinating with internal teams. You will review orders, monitor status, and resolve issues to meet customer expectations.

The role emphasizes accurate data entry in ERP systems, timely communication, and collaboration across Sales, Planning, and Shipping departments in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of customer service, order management, or related experience.
• Experience with ERP/business systems and Microsoft Office preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned customers regarding orders, product availability, delivery status, and inquiries.
• Enter, review, and maintain customer orders accurately within ERP/NetSuite.
• Review purchase orders for accuracy, including part numbers, quantities, pricing, and delivery dates.
• Monitor open orders and communicate potential delays or changes to customers.
• Coordinate with production, planning, shipping, sales, and other departments for status updates.
• Provide order acknowledgments and communicate changes to pricing, availability, or delivery dates.
• Respond to customer questions in a professional, timely, and solutions-oriented manner.
• Resolve order discrepancies, shipping issues, and returns by coordinating with internal departments.
• Communicate customer requirements and special instructions to relevant personnel.
• Maintain accurate customer records, order notes, and correspondence.
