Responsibilities

• Manage customer email correspondence across a large account base, keeping communication timely, professional, and organized.
• Process customer orders with a high level of accuracy, recognizing the importance of getting the details right for accounts with significant business volume.
• Help new customers navigate available product catalogs and transition to a more personalized service approach as you become familiar with their preferences and needs.
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve routine issues, and follow through to ensure customers receive the support they need.
• Work closely with fellow customer service representatives to share information, coordinate efforts, and maintain a consistent, positive customer experience.
• Learn internal processes, product offerings, and customer expectations while applying feedback and direction to continually strengthen your performance.
