Job summary

Celina Tent, Inc. in Celina, Ohio, seeks a Customer Success Representative to serve as the primary contact for customers by phone and email, manage orders, and coordinate with sales and operations to ensure a positive experience from inquiry to delivery.

You will process orders in our ERP, provide timely product and order information, resolve issues, support upsell opportunities, and help maintain accurate customer data in HubSpot.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer service, sales support, or order processing experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems such as Acumatica and HubSpot preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused, dependable, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers by phone and email.
• Provide timely & accurate information on products, pricing, availability, lead times, and order status.
• Process and manage customer orders in our ERP from entry through fulfillment.
• Proactively communicate order updates, changes, delays, and resolutions.
• Support Inside and Outside Sales with quotes, order entry, follow-up, and customer needs.
• Identify appropriate upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information in HubSpot.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Distribution, and Supply Chain to support accurate and on-time delivery.
• Resolve customer concerns involving orders, delivery, quality, returns, and warranties.
• Manage warranty claims and return requests according to company policy.
• Assist with customer outreach, promotions, and collection efforts as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and the overall customer experience.
• Other duties may be assigned based on business needs.
• Print Market Responsibilities - If Assigned: Serve as the sales lead for custom printed orders; Manage print projects from customer inquiry through delivery; Coordinate artwork, renderings, and approvals with customers and the Art team.
