Job summary

Catalent’s Florence, KY site seeks a Customer Service Representative to support order-to-cash processes and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining strong customer relationships. This onsite, Monday–Friday role collaborates with Supply Planning, Materials, Quality, Warehouse, and Finance teams to fulfill customer contracts.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems. Associate degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills are required.
• Basic Microsoft Office experience is required.
• Two years of experience in customer account management, sales, or project coordination preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as secondary customer and site contact for assigned customers and contracts.
• Maintain sales orders and send acknowledgments with firm dates; update customers on changes.
• Communicate with stakeholders through meetings, trackers, email, and phone.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to resolve actions and deliverables.
• Coordinate with Supply Planning, Materials, Quality, Warehouse and Finance teams to ensure on-time delivery and accurate billing.
• Assist with analysis, collections, pricing tracking, credit issuance, and compliance activities.
