Job summary

Celina Tent, Inc. (CELINA) in Celina, Ohio, is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to monitor and expedite the flow of goods, materials, and information across procurement, production, inventory, and logistics.

You will build supplier relationships, manage purchasing, analyze data in ERP/MRP, ensure compliance, and support continuous improvements to meet KPIs and customer expectations. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of experience; advanced Excel; familiarity with HS codes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 2–4 years experience in supply chain, purchasing, procurement, logistics or related role.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience preparing reports and analyzing data.
• Experience working with ERP/MRP systems preferred.
• Understanding of purchasing processes, supplier management, and inventory control.
• Knowledge of international shipping, customs documentation, and import/export processes.
• Familiarity with Berry Amendment, Buy American Act, or HS codes is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to changing business needs.

Responsibilities

• Place purchase orders and track deliveries; resolve supplier issues.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships to support quality, cost, and delivery.
• Monitor material availability and purchasing trends to prevent shortages.
• Support supplier negotiations and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Collaborate with purchasing, production, inventory, and logistics to ensure flow.
• Identify bottlenecks and risks; recommend practical solutions.
• Analyze purchasing, inventory, and supply chain data to support planning.
• Maintain ERP/MRP data accuracy and produce KPI reports.
• Research market pricing and supplier capabilities to inform decisions.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
