• Experience with customer order entry systems.

• Excellent work ethic.
• Common sense to work through opportunities and problem solve.
• Ability to create and maintain customer files.
• Ability to work with a CRM portal.
• Excellent computer and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.
• PowerPoint a plus

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous communication between the customer and internal operations and sales personnel.
• Expedite customer orders in a timely manner.
• Timely invoice customers.
• Coordinate customer orders with manufacturing base.
• Monitor order status and communicate information to customer.
• Coordinate forecasting with feedback from customers and account managers.
• Provide sales and management with information concerning customer accounts and products.
• Be available for all communications with customer.
