Responsibilities

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:

(2- 3 sentences summarizing the position) Customer Service will be a differentiating point to our customers, making it easy for them to do business with us. Internally, to communicate effectively with the sales team and be a contributing member of the operations team, helping to make the operation run more efficiently and meeting the needs of the customer.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure that good communication exists, and continues, between the customer and the pertinent internal operations and sales personnel
• Expedite customer orders in a timely manner
• Timely invoice customers
• Coordinate customer order with manufacturing base
• Monitor order status and communicate any pertinent information to customer
• Coordinates forecasting with feedback from customers and account managers
• Provide the sales team and management with pertinent information concerning customer accounts and products
• To be available for all communication with customer

EDUCATION:

Required: High school diploma or equivalent Preferred: College degree
