Job summary

Mitratech is seeking an onboarding coordinator in the United States to serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during implementation and onboarding. You will coordinate with implementation and account teams to ensure accurate setup, run product demonstrations, and help configure and bulk upload users and clients to partner portals.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating onboarding with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to schedule and manage product demonstrations.
• Experience configuring partner portals and bulk user uploads.

Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact during onboarding, coordinating with implementation and account teams for accurate setup.
• Make calls into employer groups to schedule product demonstrations and keep the demo pipeline full.
• Set up new partner portals, edit existing portals, and assist with bulk user and client uploads.
