Job summary

Mitratech is seeking a customer onboarding specialist to guide implementations from kickoff through completion. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, configure accounts, and ensure client success across SaaS products.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in onboarding or customer success, strong project management and communication skills, and a willingness to grow in a globally distributed, remote-friendly environment with open PTO and paid holidays.
