Job summary

Mitratech is seeking an Engagement Representative to drive awareness and schedule onboarding demonstrations for our platform. You will collaborate with Partner & Customer Success and Account Management to keep the demo pipeline full and ensure smooth onboarding.

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong communication, thrive in high-volume outbound environments, and can coordinate with multiple teams. This role may involve administrative support and platform-related changes as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in customer service, telemarketing, administrative, or sales environments preferred
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication; ability to adapt to various styles
• Proficient with CRM systems and MS Office; able to handle high call volumes
• Strong organizational skills; ability to juggle multiple priorities with urgency
• Able to work independently and in a team to meet targets

Responsibilities

• Serve as onboarding point of contact, coordinating with implementation and account teams
• Speak to product use cases or demonstrate solutions at a high level
• Make calls to employer groups to schedule demonstrations
• Maintain a full onboarding demo pipeline by proactively reaching out to new clients
• Set up partner portals and customize branding as needed
• Assist with bulk user and client uploads to create accounts
• Collaborate with Customer Support, Account Managers, Product, and Advisory Services for feedback
• Document relevant information in Salesforce and internal tools for teams
• Provide monthly updates on goals and KPIs to management and clients
• Perform other duties as assigned
