Job summary

BMS CAT & Blackmon Mooring is seeking a Customer Coordinator to handle payroll related tasks, vendor setup, and coordination across Customer, Operations, and project teams from an in-office setting. The role reports to the Office or General Manager.

The candidate will manage multiple administrative duties, support reporting needs, and collaborate with subcontractors and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of A/P and A/R processes.
• Strong phone communication abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of insurance claims and estimating practices is highly preferred.
• Understanding of construction and mitigation workflows and related terms.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll timesheets.
• Update Restoration Manager system entries.
• Notate status changes from the project team.
• Attend weekly Work in Progress meetings.
• Set up new vendors for BMS CAT.
• Process check requests and employee reimbursements.
• Complete daily deposits.
• Assist with onboarding of new employees.
