Job summary

BMS CAT is seeking a Customer Coordinator to support payroll, vendor setup, and communications with project teams in an in-office role reporting to the Office or General Manager. The candidate will handle AP/AR tasks, assist with insurance claims and estimating practices, and participate in weekly WIP meetings.

Strong multitasking and time management abilities are essential, as is experience with Restoration Manager RM.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of A/P and A/R
• Experience with insurance claims and estimating practices
• Knowledge of construction and mitigation workflow and associated terminology
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong communication skills, especially over the phone

Responsibilities

• Payroll timesheets entries
• Updates the system RM (Restoration Manager)
• Notates statuses changes from the project team
• Sits in on weekly WIP (Work in Progress) meetings
• Sets up new vendors for BMS CAT
• Processes check requests and employee reimbursements as needed
• Completes daily deposits
• Assists with onboarding process for new employees
