Job summary

BMS CAT is seeking a Customer Coordinator in Elk River, MN to handle administrative tasks, customer coordination, and reporting. The role involves working with Operations, Project Coordinators/Directors/Managers, and Subcontractors, with in-office responsibilities reporting to the Office or General Manager.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, time management, and multitasking abilities, plus experience with A/P/A/R and insurance claims.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of A/P and A/R.
• Strong phone communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Knowledge of insurance claims and estimating practices.
• Knowledge of construction and mitigation workflow and terminology.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Payroll timesheets entries.
• Updates the system RM (Restoration Manager).
• Notates statuses changes from the project team.
• Sits in on weekly WIP (Work in Progress) meetings.
• Sets up new vendors for BMS CAT.
• Processes check requests and employee reimbursements as needed.
• Completes daily deposit.
• Assists with the onboarding process for new employees.
