• Client engagement & onboarding: guide clinicians through implementation, training, and long-term adoption.
• Operations management: oversee daily success initiatives, including scheduling, client follow-ups, cross-functional alignment, and record maintenance.
• Resource development: design and update training guides, collateral, and self-serve resources for end-users.
• Data & usage tracking: monitor platform adoption metrics, identify engagement patterns, and share insights with the team.
• Product feedback loop: collect user feedback to shape future features and customer strategies.
