Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years in Customer Success or a related field, strong technical literacy, and excellent communication skills. Qualificações

• 2+ years in Customer Success, Implementation, or Account Management, ideally in SaaS or HealthTech.
• Strong technical literacy, including understanding of AI/LLM concepts.
• Experience using CRM and analytics tools to track adoption and KPIs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end onboarding from contract signing through successful go-live.
• Map provider workflows and translate them into AI-driven automation.
• Define and track time-to-value milestones for measurable impact.
